Panattoni Development Company is pleased to announce that we have officially broken ground on our 141,000 Sq. Ft. industrial development located at Futura Drive, Halton Hills.
Available for sale/lease Q3 2023, the state-of-the-art speculative industrial facility will include a 40’ clear height, 24 truck level doors, and zoning that permits outdoor storage. Designed and built to the highest standards, the site is located close to Highway 401, providing quick and convenient access throughout the GTA.
