October 2022
Panattoni Development Company is pleased to announce that we have officially broken ground on Phase 1 of the 404 Logistics Park in Keswick.
The 370,000 Sq. Ft., state-of-the-art speculative industrial facility will include features of 40’ clear, 64 truck-level doors, and 104 trailer parking stalls. Designed and built to the highest standards, the site can accommodate buildings in excess of 1M Sq. Ft., and is located approximately 3 km from a Highway 404 interchange.
We are looking forward to our continued partnership with the Town of Georgina to assist in bringing this project to a success.
“Town staff have been working collaboratively with Panattoni in order to ensure the development stays on schedule. Our staff look forward to a continued working relationship with the Panattoni team to ensure their first building is ready for occupancy in Q4 of 2023 and that future phases are delivered on time,” Margaret Quirk, Mayor of the Town of Georgina.
A special thank you to everyone involved in this project and in the event, including Mayor Margaret Quirk and the staff at the Town of Georgina, our contractors including Nexrock, MGP, JRI, and SCS, and the small and local businesses who helped put this event together including Oh!Nest Café, Elpida Café, and All Reasons Party Rentals.
Although this is a significant milestone, our work has just begun. We are now tasked with getting the building built and landing a User or Users to call this Class ‘A’ facility home. Targeting occupancy in Q4 2023, the development will offer users a brand new, highly efficient and accessible building. For more information on the park, please contact Adam Lambros or Geoff O’Connor.
