Michelle joined Panattoni in order to manage business planning, operations and strategic initiatives. Her responsibilities currently further include providing oversight of the marketing and research departments. She had previously worked with Panattoni in Development prior to then furthering her legal career for over a decade. Given her experience as an employment lawyer,  Michelle also heads human resources and provides some general management of external service providers. She has been part of the team since 2019.
