As Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, Michael leads Panattoni’s internal Construction and Development team and has ultimate oversight over all of the company’s development projects. He is responsible for managing the design, budgeting, engineering and execution of a project and carries it through to permitting, site plan approval and ultimately through to construction completion. Michael works closely with external parties such as general contractors, consultants, planners, architects and engineers to execute each project. In addition he also works very closely with tenants on build-to-suit projects in order to ensure that their design requirements are met. Michael has been with the team since its Canadian inception in 2005 and is integral to its success.
