As Senior Accountant, Maria is responsible for a breadth of accounting functions with a particular focus on tax. She provides general oversight to monthly transactions, prepares monthly reconciliations and reports, sets up new acquisitions and oversees property management billings. She is also mandated with preparing tax returns for multiple ownership entities and coordinating on such matters with external accounting firms and legal counsel. Maria has been part of the team since January 2019.
