Brad began his real estate career with a national brokerage firm specializing in industrial sales and leasing.  He joined Panattoni in 2006 as a Development Manager to establish a new Panattoni office and presence in Western Canada.

Brad gained comprehensive experience of industrial development through identifying new acquisition opportunities; executing due diligence, securing entitlement approvals, managing land and building construction; completing asset stabilization; financing; and dispositions.  In addition to his responsibilities for Western Canada, Brad has played a key role as the single point of contact for several large corporate accounts where he has worked with repeat Panattoni clients in various markets across Canada.  Brad has been directly involved in over $2B development of project value, several hundred acres of land development projects and over 7 million square feet of industrial building development.

Currently, Brad is the Managing Partner for Panattoni in Canada overseeing all Canadian offices and is part of the North American Strategic Accounts Team for the related platform projects throughout Canada.
