As Director, Development, Adam focuses largely on the markets to the west of Toronto such as Hamilton. Adam is currently managing development projects that total over 3 million square feet. In order to bring projects to fruition he works closely with internal and external parties that include capital partners, municipalities, consultants, tenants and real estate brokers to deliver high quality completed product.
