Panattoni Development Company is pleased to announce that we have officially broken ground on our 444,000 Sq. Ft. industrial development located at 1080 Southgate Drive, Guelph.
Available for lease Q4 2024, the state-of-the-art speculative industrial facility will include a 40’ clear height, 61 truck level doors, 2 drive-in doors and zoning that permits outdoor storage. The site was designed for logistics users with 100 trailer parking stalls and easy access to Highway 401.
