Progress is well underway at Fulton Creek Business Park, with road upgrades being made on 34th Street and Roper Road. Building 1 & 2 pads have been fully graded. Steel will go up in the coming winter months, and Building 1 (151,571 Sq. Ft.) & Building 2 (267,173 Sq. Ft.) will be available in Q4 2023. Stay tuned for further construction updates throughout the winter.
