Panattoni Development Company Canada, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of 85 acres of industrial land located along 170th Street in northwest Edmonton, minutes to Anthony Henday Drive and Highway 16 (Yellowhead Highway).
The site is located immediately north of our recently developed Apex site, which consists of three buildings. The new addition to the Apex Business Park will accommodate up to 1.3M Sq. Ft. of Class ‘A’ industrial space providing users with high quality and energy efficient buildings, along with excellent transportation access to major highways. Site work will begin in the fall of 2022 with building construction in 2023, and will provide speculative and design build options offering flexible sized options to accommodate a variety of users.
