Panattoni Development Company, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of 122 acres of industrial development land in Southeast Calgary at 68th Street SE and 100th Avenue SE, located near Glenmore Trail and Stoney Trail, two major freeways in Calgary.
The site can accommodate a total of up to 2.3 Million Sq. Ft. providing flexible sized options through speculative design or build-to-suit opportunities.
