Panattoni Canada is incredibly honoured to be the recipient of the Industrial Development of the Year & the Industrial Lease of the Year award at NAIOP’s 20th Annual REX Awards for our project at 110 Aeropark Boulevard, Hamilton.
We are extremely humbled to receive this recognition for outstanding excellence, and we would like to extend a huge thank you to our partners and team members that played a critical role in this project, including TD Asset Management, CAP Ontario Inc., RealCap, Govan Brown, Layton Construction, Odan-Detech Group Inc, Stantec, Blue-Tec Construction Inc., Webb Planning Consultants Inc., Nexrock Design Build, Ricketts Harris LLP, Fasken, JLL & The City of Hamilton.
The success of the project could not have been achieved without our incredibly talented & experienced internal Panattoni Team who worked tirelessly to meet the project milestones and deliver a one-of-its-kind, Class A industrial development.
