As Senior Project Coordinator, Carmen supports construction and development initiatives by tracking, monitoring, implementing, and reporting on job costs and construction progress of projects in Alberta. She coordinates constantly with the Construction, Development, and Accounting team as well as external vendors to ensure accuracy in project costs and performance targets are met. Her role includes analyzing project milestones and financial deadlines, and the impact of critical path to fulfillment of project goals as well as communication to external stakeholders. Carmen has been with Panattoni since 2021.
