As Development Manager, Chris provides support to the Development Team in all aspects of project management, which includes the management of consultants, working through the due diligence process on acquisitions, working with municipalities through the entitlement process and managing project reporting. Chris has extensive experience with project management systems and controls, which he has implemented at Panattoni in order to ensure accountability for and achievement of all project tasks and milestones. Chris has been part of the Panattoni team since 2020.
