Panattoni is pleased to announce that we have completed construction on a build-to-suit cold storage facility in Brampton on behalf of Give & Go Prepared Foods. This freezer building measures a total of 133,949 sq. ft. and is situated on 9.5 acres of land. This state-of-the-art facility has a 30′ clear height in the cold dock area and boasts a 52′ clear height in the freezer portion. Construction took approximately 16 months from start to finish.
