Panattoni and Canadian Tire investing in long-term success in the City of Brampton
Panattoni Development Company held a ground breaking ceremony at 10200 Hurontario Street, Brampton on Friday October 18th, 2019, to launch a 1.3 million square foot industrial development. This site will be a national distribution centre for Canadian Tire Corporation. The project will bring approximately 600 jobs to Brampton and employ a total of 670 people.
Located at 10200 Hurontario Street, Brampton, this state-of-the-art facility will feature a 40’ clear height together with a first-class office space component. The construction of this facility will take approximately a year and a half and is scheduled to open in 2022.
This 1.3 million SF building is one of four buildings to be built on the property, with a 134,000 SF build-to-suit-currently under construction and two industrial speculative projects of 59,000 SF and 115,000 SF planned for 2020. This is a major investment in the City of Brampton for Panattoni and further reinforces Brampton and the GTA as epicenter for industrial development in Canada.
