As Director, Development, Ryan is responsible for the management of all aspects of a development project. He has ventured into new markets for Panattoni such as Oshawa and Whitby, while also maintaining a portfolio in the Toronto West markets. Ryan works closely with external parties including capital partners, municipalities, consultants, real estate brokers, clients and our internal construction team to bring projects from inception to completion. Ryan has been with the team since 2016.
