Mary Ann leads the management of the due diligence process for all prospective acquisitions and coordinates the completion of agreements related to purchases and sales. She works closely with legal counsel, the internal development team and various consultants regarding environmental, geotechnical and other investigations of potential land sites and existing buildings. In the event of a sale Mary Ann manages the completion of all closing documents. Further, she is the Canadian company’s internal expert relating to insurance and ensures that all of our obligations are met in this regard. Mary Ann has been a key member of the Panattoni team since its inception in 2005.
