As Controller, Selva oversees and manages the accounting department and all of its functions. She provides oversight of the institutional reporting, audits, tax filings, cap calls, journal entries and the accounting entries related to acquisitions and dispositions. While she had at one time performed all of these responsibilities herself, the growth of the company has been such that she now manages a team of five. Selva has been part of the team since 2014.
