Panattoni Development Company Canada, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management, is pleased to announce that we have successfully pre-leased 175,000 SF of Building 2 at Fulton Creek Business Park in Edmonton.
We would like to welcome Vallen Canada, an industry-leading supplier of industrial MRO and safety products, to Edmonton’s newest business park. Centrally located in the heart of Edmonton’s southeast industrial submarket, the state-of-the-art development is designed to achieve LEED certification and offers many features and benefits that were required for Vallen’s expansion.
