Panattoni Development Company Canada, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management, is pleased to announce that we have successfully pre-leased 175,000 SF of Building 2 at Fulton Creek Business Park in Edmonton.
We would like to welcome Vallen Canada, an industry-leading supplier of industrial MRO and safety products, to Edmonton’s newest business park. Centrally located in the heart of Edmonton’s southeast industrial submarket, the state-of-the-art development is designed to achieve LEED certification and offers many features and benefits that were required for Vallen’s expansion. Vallen will benefit from excellent site and highway access, as well as close proximity to their existing employee and customer base.
