Panattoni Development Company is honoured to be the recipient of the Industrial Lease of the Year and Lease of the Year at NAIOP’S 21st Annual REX Awards for our project at 100 Ace Drive, Brampton.
We are humbled to receive this recognition for outstanding excellence, and we would like to extend a huge thank you to our partners and team members that played a critical role in the success of this project including CAP Ontario Inc., Magna International Inc., Colliers International, NexRock Design Build, BMO Financial Group, JRI Architects, Torkin Manes LLP, and the City of Brampton.
The success of this development could not have been achieved without our incredibly talented & experienced team and partners who were able deliver this Class A, state-of-the-art industrial development.
